Sculptural celebration cake with soft rose decoration on a porcelain stand

BESPOKE CAKE ATELIER

A celebration, beautifully made.

Custom cakes shaped around your occasion. From a considered birthday centrepiece to a wedding design or a company celebration, the brief begins with the people gathering around it.

A considered approach

Thoughtful detail. A personal centrepiece.

A successful cake brings flavour, scale and visual detail together. We begin with the occasion and the number of guests, then discuss a design that can be made and transported sensibly. A reference is a starting point for a brief, rather than a promise of an identical copy.

Gamviro makes cakes to an agreed brief. Design, serving size, ingredients, fulfilment arrangements and price are confirmed before an order is accepted; an enquiry alone is not an order.

A thoughtful handover belongs to the same process as making the cake. The order conversation should identify collection or delivery, the person receiving it and any relevant venue arrangements. Clear preparation makes it easier to protect the finish and follow the care guidance, without promising one transport or storage rule for every cake.

Cake collections

Birthday cakes

A personal design for a family gathering or a larger party. Discuss the guest count, preferred flavours and a theme that can be translated into an achievable finish.

Wedding centrepieces

A cake planned around the setting, service time and portion needs. Tiers, structural supports, venue access and setup arrangements need to be agreed before the order.

Corporate occasions

A considered cake for a launch, team milestone or client event. Artwork permissions, delivery arrangements and serving requirements belong in the brief.

Small celebrations

A carefully scaled cake for an intimate occasion. Smaller does not mean an undefined order: flavour, size, decoration and collection still receive a clear confirmation.

Plan for the moment the cake is served.

Start with the guest count and how the cake will be served. A cake cut as a dessert and one served in smaller celebration portions need different planning. Tell us what else is on the menu so the brief reflects the occasion.

Share ingredient concerns before agreeing an order. We do not promise an allergen-free environment or a dietary certification that has not been verified. Suitability must be discussed using the actual ingredients and production arrangements.

Celebration notes

From idea to cake

Date, design and handover work together. The order discussion gives each of them a clear place, so a beautiful finish is supported by a practical plan.

The occasion

Tell us the date, venue or collection plan, number of guests and design direction. Include any ingredient concerns early, before deciding on a finish.

The design brief

We discuss flavour, portion size, decoration and practical constraints. The written proposal separates edible decoration from structural or display elements.

Order confirmation

The order starts once availability, final design, price and payment arrangements have been agreed. Changes after confirmation need a fresh discussion about feasibility and cost.

Collection or handover

Follow the agreed transport, storage and serving guidance. Collection and delivery are separate arrangements, and delivery should never be assumed from a website enquiry.

Flavour, form and a thoughtful handover.

The flavour inside

A beautiful exterior is only part of the brief. Discuss the flavour direction, filling and serving plan together, especially when a cake shares the table with other desserts. A reference photograph can describe the finish, but it cannot explain the layers inside.

A smaller centrepiece

An intimate gathering deserves a cake sized for the occasion. Share the guest count and how generous the portions should be before settling on a design. Some decorative ideas need a different shape or scale to work well on a smaller cake.

Sculptural three-tier wedding cake

A wedding setting

Think about the display table, the venue and the moment the cake will be cut. A tiered design also brings practical questions about transport and setup. These belong in the order conversation alongside the visual reference, rather than being left until the event.

Cake prepared in protective packaging

Ready for the journey

Collection is part of the plan. Confirm who will carry the cake, how it will travel and where it will wait before serving. Packaging and care guidance follow the agreed design; a decorated cake should not be treated like an ordinary parcel.

Share your occasion

Consider the journey to the venue, the room temperature and the time before serving. A decorative finish needs appropriate handling, especially in a warm setting. The final care guidance follows the specific cake, rather than a generic promise.
